HANNAH ANTOINE

Personal Trainer

Hannah qualified as a Personal Trainer through the Health & Fitness Professionals Association, and as a Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner through Shen Mantra (Lanna Thai Medical Federation) in 2021.

''I started working with fitness ten years ago through yoga and pilates. I explored calisthenics, rock climbing, bodybuilding, strength training, and functional fitness. I have come to know the strengths and weaknesses of my own body and, because of this, I value consistency of practice and the incorporation of various training styles.


My passion is the limitless connection we can cultivate with our bodies. I believe that the road to success with any physical goal is to know and trust your body in order to experience freedom in exploring its capacities. By training the body in this way, we can start to push the limitations that exist in the mind and thus extend the limits of our bodies as well.

Currently, my focus is mobility, strength, and functional training, and I enjoy helping clients achieve their specific goals."
