Sports Massage

Sports Massage is an injury prevention modality, used to maximise performance. It assists muscle recovery between periods of exertion. Sports massage relieves muscle tension in a way that cannot be achieved through stretching and foam rolling. Types of Sports Massage include pre-event, recovery, and maintenance massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage techniques involve applying sustained pressure using slow deep strokes to target deep muscles and connective tissue (fascia). It is deeply relaxing and significantly reduces muscle tension.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy is a wonderful time when your body goes through many changes. Sort out any aches, pains, or discomforts along the way with a blissful 60min side-lying pregnancy massage.

  • 24hr cancellation period. Late cancellations will be billed in full.

  • What happens if my therapist cancels? The session is to be rescheduled.
