Natasha specialises in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Prenatal Massage. She began her massage career in 2013. After experiencing terrible back pain & tension during her pregnancy, Natasha felt incredible relief after a Sports Massage. Natasha uses various massage styles including Fascia Release and Neuromuscular Technique. Her massage style is deeply relaxing, firm but gentle.
Natasha has a background in fitness, having studied Personal Training and Group Exercise. She traveled abroad and spent 2 years working for health clubs in London as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor.
Over the years she has taught various group exercise classes namely aqua aerobics, spinning, stretch, and body conditioning.
Natasha’s character is calm, quiet, warm, and nurturing. She is passionate about health and stress management.
